You just have to perform things on a daily basis for one week and then it will automatically start forming habits.

Gradually, you won’t find ‘habits’ as ‘habits’. In fact, they will become an integral part of live, values and beliefs.

Write down your habit and start working on it.

1. Waking up Early ⛱

It’s been so long that I have inculcate the habit of waking up early and exercising. This helps in calming my mind and soul and makes me physically active. 🏃‍♀️

In fact, if I observe myself, I can literally feel the change in my thoughts and energy from the day I chose to wake up and be active.

You must give it a shot too.

2. Writing Things Down📝

Earlier I used to think that writing things down is merely a waste. It won’t let you catch much because at the end of the day what matters is the implementation of your written down things.

But, however, gradually, I realised that once you write down things, it keeps pushing you to implement it. So, the best you can do is write down things one night before and then strike off once it gets done.

That feeling is just MAGICAL. ✍

3. Reading 📚

Currently I am reading Connect The Dots by Rashmi Bansal. My funda is to read book with a pencil in hand and writing new words in the notes.

This keeps me focused and SATISFIED.

(Trust me. You have TIME for EVERYTHING. Just Find Out “WHEN”.)
